Tam O'Shanter

Tam O'Shanter is a private golf-course community of roughly 500 families in northeast Bellevue, developed in nine phases between the late 1960s and 1980s. Every homeowner receives deeded membership to the Tam o'Shanter Golf & Country Club, which includes a par-71 course, swimming pool, four tennis courts, clubhouse with restaurant, and a packed calendar of community events. Originally modest ramblers, many lots have been purchased and rebuilt into modern construction over the past five years. The neighborhood sits between Bellevue and Redmond with views of Lake Sammamish and the Cascades, and feeds into some of the highest-rated schools in Washington — Bennett Elementary (9/10), Odle Middle (9/10), and Interlake High (10/10 with IB program).

Lake Sammamish State Park is a 5-minute drive east.
