  1. ZHVI declined month-over-month for a third straight month across all reliable cities, and Seattle (-0.5% YoY), Renton (-0.6% YoY), and Shoreline (-0.1% YoY) have now turned negative year-over-year

    the first time in this 13-month ZHVI window that affordable-tier cities have given back all of last year's gains.

  2. Rates stepped down from 6.89% to 6.77% through June and buyers responded
